In 2011, while living in Cebu, Philippines, our founders, Ronald and Caidy Quilaton, met a small group of children living on the streets who were facing deep neglect and abuse. Moved to action, they began weekly outreach—sharing meals, building relationships, and creating safe spaces for these children to simply be kids again.

What started as a small act of compassion grew into something much greater.

Over the next decade, that simple beginning became 8:18 Missions—a Florida-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to Christ-centered, holistic poverty alleviation. Today, our work in Cebu has expanded to reach more children and families, offering programs that meet the families immediate needs while building long-term hope and transformation in under-resourced communities.
